Julie is a highly experienced Consultant, with over 10 years’ of Salesforce configuration experience. Her many strengths include business analysis, data migration and managing pre-built ‘packages’, based on her deep understanding of fundraising processes and channels. Outside of the day job, Julie’s interests include music, languages (not just the computer programming type!) reading and camping and can be seen at various locations when on holiday in her VW camper van.
Damian initially worked as a fundraising data specialist within a large Australian charity, before coming to the UK. As such, he has a wealth of experience to draw on, helping our clients segment their messages for the right audiences. Apart from his fundraising and data analysis credentials, Damian is always willing to go the extra mile. Well, having come from the other side of the world, what’s an extra mile?!
Aske has a background in the financial industry. While maintaining a full time job, he earned a diploma graduate degree in IT Business from the IT University of Copenhagen. He has been working on Salesforce implementations since 2011, and is a certified admin (ADM-201) and Sales Cloud consultant.
Aske can't leave Salesforce alone even when he leaves the office. Since 2015 he has been working as a volunteer Salesforce consultant for a small charity in Kenya. Outside of the office Aske enjoys playing guitar, road-tripping across Europe and cooking Malaysian food.
Shaun brings a wide breadth of technology experience to his role as a Consultant. In leading IT projects, including SAP HR implementations involving complex security and portal elements, Shaun can see the ‘big picture’ in addition to the fine detail. Since specialising in Salesforce, Shaun has developed solutions for a major UK retailer, and worked across multi-lingual/company projects. Aside from bringing all this huge experience to the charity sector, Shaun can also be found relaxing in his relentless pursuit of the ultimate country pub.
As Head of Operations and Finance, Anwen has over 20 years' experience in finance and operations and keeps the team on track with the running of our business. Her love of music includes singing in a local choir and playing violin in a string quartet and orchestra. She also enjoys relaxing in the garden when spare time permits!
Astrid is German, she moved to the UK in 2003 and almost immediately crossed paths with Salesforce because the company she was working for at the time implemented it for themselves. Being used to battle with systems like Access, the thought of a system being so flexible and adaptable fascinated Astrid and she decided to focus on Salesforce implementations.
Since 2005 Astrid has worked on Salesforce and nothing else but Salesforce. Over the years, she has worked with organisations of different size and from different industry sectors. Her great passion is travelling and use every opportunity to do so.
Stuart is a highly experienced Developer and Consultant, leading our development team here at Giveclarity. So, it’s helpful that he has a list of technical qualifications as long as your proverbial arm. In addition to many years’ experience with national and international charities, Stuart has worked with investment banks, oil companies and local government. His passion for the charity sector is partly shown through his involvement as a director of a UK charity supporting overseas aid projects.
Andrew is our MD at Giveclarity – an expert in delivering digital solutions, with a strong focus on data, user experience and processes. His eclectic experience includes computer games, dictionaries, publishing, websites and business systems. Over the past eight years, he has supported charities with cloud computing through Salesforce.com – perhaps the best fit for his skills yet. Some might say he’s a bit of ‘polymath’. At least, as an author, preacher and chess master, Andrew is certainly one of life’s thinkers!
Matt is an experienced Consultant with a passion for meeting business needs through technology. Along with his colleagues, he possess a folder choc-full of certifications – from ITIL and Prince to Salesforce qualifications galore. Matt is ‘techie’, but having held ‘business’ roles (e.g. project management) in the past, he sees all sides, and so is a ‘rounded player’. This is more than can be said of the members of his favourite team. Matt is, sadly for him, a Bournemouth supporter!
Lucy has played pivotal roles across sales, marketing and operations for around twenty-five years – also employing technology to improve performance and honing her project management skill – and she is now the highly-accredited Head of Service Delivery here at Giveclarity. Lucy has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro for The Alzheimer's Society and enjoys holidays in other far flung places. Well, you can’t blame her for wanting some space and occasional breaks from keeping the rest of us in line!
David is Giveclarity’s Business Development Manager, and draws the significant experience he has gained through working in the charity sector for over 20 years – through CRM consultancy roles, as well as inside charities in technical and fundraising roles. David has travelled much, but has returned to live in his beautiful home city of Bath. David still relishes trips to France in his trusty camper van. He can also often be seen (and heard) supporting Bath Rugby.
